Actual Salary: £29,662 to £30,552 per annum, depending on experience (NJC6 point 18-20, full time equivalent salary £35,517 to £36,582 per annum)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join our team and support students in overcoming social, emotional, and behavioural challenges as well as leading and supervising the academic overtime programme for KS4 students. You will play a vital role in promoting positive behaviour, building strong relationships, and creating a safe, inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is committed to helping young people reach their full potential and is confident in managing behaviour with empathy, consistency, and professionalism.
